Questionnaire: The Relationship Between Knowledge Management Practices, Use of Knowledge Management Systems, and Research Productivity Among Malaysian Research Organizations

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are invited to take part in a study called “The Relationship Between Knowledge Management Practices, Use of Knowledge Management Systems, and Research Productivity Among Malaysian Research Organizations.” This study looks at how managing knowledge well and using digital systems can improve research output and innovation in Malaysian research institutions.

The questionnaire has 6 sections with 48 questions and mostly uses a 5-point scale. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

All answers and personal information will be kept confidential. Participation is voluntary, and the data will only be used for academic research. Your knowledge and input are very important for the success of this study. If you have any questions, you can contact me or my supervisory team.
